DJ or Studio? how cheap? cheap mixers normally fall apart quite fast you know.

Check Ebay for 2nd hand quality mixers. You can always sell it on if being a DJ/Producer is not ur thing!
Don’t worry about people stealing an idea. If it’s original, you will have to ram it down their throats.

Dj mixer, ive got the numark dm950 http://www.djstore.com/item/numdm950.htm
think im finally ready to start recording my mixes, more to help myself so i can listen back..
but i cant record my mixes with this mixer it only has one master output and that goes to my amp, (if you look on the link on right handside at the specs it sey booth- no
and REC - no) so i was wanting a slight upgrade which enables me to record...

Could you plug your amp into a soundcard and then record through your computer?

Or use headphones and send that output to the puter.
Or get a splitter.
Just thought of using the headphone output to record, then you got a pot to adjust levels as well.
