Dunno about you, but I am of the generation that hated KIssinger during the Vietnam war era. This document is old, old, old boring shit - just like the man himself nowadays. The Vietnam was all but offically lost (from his standpoint) in 1974 (it ended in '75), but Mr Self-Important-I'm-A-Historical-Figure surely wasn't gonna let a little blip like that get in his ideological way.

Once President Nixon was gone, K's star started to fade. Probably 'cos the pair of them not only thought the unthinkable, but lived it too.

Of course, you didn't need to know any of this, or of geopolitics, to take a dis-shine to the man. His voice..............

yeh man, as old as 1974 :))
but it jumped in my lap the other day and it's relevant as hell and really interesting to see how the mofos approached population control back then. Plus many would say this is conspiracy shit, not history. when you discuss about this stuff, few people would believe the gov approached things this way, so it's good to have it and share it

indeed, pretty heavy stuff. How much of this information was conveyed to the public at the time?
I wonder how relevant this document is today.
