Thinking of getting an Akai mpd 16 to tap rhythms into the emulator x2 as I'm finding the keyboard not as responsive as it could be.
I was wondering if anyone else is using this as a rhythm controller, or if they've got any other drum pad controllers to recommend.
The only thing I'm a bit bothered about is having to keep changing between input devices, as it means saving banks and reloading each time which may be a bit of a pain. I'm using Logic 5.5 on PC so if anyone knows if it's possible to set up multiple midi input devices in the environment, that'd be well handy.
Drum Pad controller recommendations?

The Korg microKONTROL is wonderful. It has a 16-note pad as well as 8 faders and rotary knobs. Check it out...Shonky wrote:Thinking of getting an Akai mpd 16 to tap rhythms into the emulator x2 as I'm finding the keyboard not as responsive as it could be.
