Is there a freeware that would let me put an lfo over a sample, cause im trying to resample things then add lfo but dont really know how.

Most DAW's have a sampler, and usually the sampler has an LFO on it. Just load the sample into the sampler and have a go with the LFO

In FL you can control anything with the formula controller or peak controllers LFO. I am assuming you want to add a filter with LFO control, by the way?
