Got this 1 in the post this morning and there is crackles the whole way through the tune apart from a melody bit near the end. Is this intended or another fucked up press? Allso got City Limits Vol1 today, all seems fine n even tho Beauty sounds better then b4 it still don't sound perfect to me. Think i can live with it, still a wicked album

Well, on my copy, it seems that the snares crackle a bit, they dont sound very crisp, like they do on ASC003 ( Illegal Immigrant/Step Aside), so yeah, i guess its another bad pressing. Guess that pressing rigs, or whatever there re called cant handle Silkie's productions!!

Yeah, the CD is the same. I do like the old crackly vinyl effect but it seems heavy handed in this - probably makes more sense out LOUD.
