In 2002 Kryptic Minds stormed into the world of Drum and Bass with a release on Ram Records sister label, Frequency. This release was “The Truth” which quickly reached anthem status having been rinsed by nearly every DJ on the block. Since then, Kryptic Minds has had releases on labels such as Renegade Hardware and Horizons and, most significantly, founded the highly respected Defcom Records and Osiris Music with production partner, Leon Switch.
Not content with making just DnB, Kryptic Minds and Leon Switch decided to team up and delve into the snowballing Dubstep scene. Now both under the name Kryptic Minds, they have made some of the most exciting dubstep to date including “768” released on the reliably awe-inspiring label, Tectonic.
Their brand new album “One Of Us”, released on Loefah’s Swamp 81 imprint, is tipped by many to be the album of the year so without further ado…making their Nottingham debut…we present KRYPTIC MINDS!!

Kromestar is one of the biggest names in the Dubstep scene today, with a number of high profiled releases on some of the most well respected and scene shaping labels in the genre; including 'Deep Medi Musik', 'Dub Stars', 'Dub Steppers' 'Bare Dubs', Marxmen Dubs', 'F1 Dubs' and 'South side' records. Kromestar has also released an EP on 'Fantastic' as well as his own label 'Kromestar recordings'.
Following on from this, 2009 saw the release of his highly acclaimed album, 'My Sound' on the outstanding 'Dubstar' recordings, a seminal album which has received huge accolades around the world and is widely regarded as one of the greatest dubstep albums ever made!
Well known for his unique and extremely diverse and precise production, his mixing style complements and lives up to his reputation. Kromestar is one of the most sought after DJs on the circuit, with shows and tours around the globe and guest slots on radio stations like BBC 1xtra and the world famous Rinse FM. Kromestar is guaranteed to tear the place to pieces!!!
