Put hosting in search, someone compiled a massive list a while ago.
For permanent hosting, unlimited downloads and storage up to 50mb (you can register free and get 500mb storage allocation) try

Sendspace is a nightmare to download from if you're not in the states from what I've found. Same with Megaupload
