In fairness, that guy has probably accomplished a lot. More than running the probably most successful and well-respected bass label in the world.

Yep..Id say he is probably oblivious to who/what kode9 is, even though he may have been putting up an hyperdub album.
Most people that are consciously supporting hyperdub, are slightly more educated and Id like to think would never do something like put up a link to an illegal download.
