Make your question a little clearer. What do you actually want?
Do you want to be a DJ or do you want DJs to put your music together in a mix for you?

				Basically:
I started creating some dubstep tracks for fun a while ago, showed them to my mates, they enjoyed it, so i thought i would keep going.
But I am so bad on decks, that if i were ever to do a session local i basically couldnt.
So yeah, i would want other DJ's to play my stuff, but how does this give me any advantage me?

If you want to be a DJ you have to Practice. Practice. Practice.
then...
Practice some more

sure it answers your question....if you can't 'traditionally' dj...learning ableton for live performance is a good alternative.
and like drokkr said practice
at the very least YOU need to be spinning/performing your own music in one way or the other.

dubstep is easy to mix. program a set where you know exactly where to drop each track on the previous track. if you program properly, its actually hard to screw it up. dont have 2 kicks or snares overlapping. thats where most djs fuck up.

Aw shuks i jusrt lurve arguing people on internets
@op giving your tracks to other dj's benefits you by raising awareness to your tracks, if people like your stuff they will eventually remember you as that good producer and maybe buy your tracks = money
but people will pay better money for you to dj + you can spin as few or many of your own tracks as you like
at the end if the day they both come down to promotion and cash

With the type of dubstep that gets played in clubs the snare is nearly always on the 3 beat of the bar and the tracks are 99.9% of the time at 140bpm so if you have the snares hitting at the same time the track should be beatmatched perfectly. Just make sure the phrases (sections of 4 bars) are matched up too and you are laughing.

Like the first reply said...just use ableton live. ableton live is a live performance tool (the clue is in the name) and if you're already using it to make your tracks you're probably one a few clicks away from learning to use it to DJ. In fact look in the built in tutorial, there's a whole section on using it to DJ.

				slightly new query...
I produce, and DJ, and would like other DJ's to play my tunes... How do I get my tracks to them? (DJ's I don't know personally, that is)
Cheers!

You talk to them in real life or over the Internet. It's called being "social." You may not spend a vacation with Tiesto, but you'd be surprised the edm famous people you can meet and talk to sometimes.
