I know Im a bit late on the Myspace thing but I was thinking about gettin one and puttin my tunes up on it. But is there any point? Do people still use it or has it been abandoned?

I just want to know if anyone here has one (be my friend?) and if you think I can gain anything from having one?

I've got one but my soundcloud page is looked at much more often. Theres no harm in having a myspace anyway. More exposure.

We still use ours a lot, there's mad traffic to be had if you put the work in.

i'd put your music on myspace, it's the first stop for most quick searches when i just want a quick preview or something

although soundcloud has way better sound quality and other features

Yeh ive got a soundcloud but with only one tune on. I thought Myspace has got alot more freedom in what else you do with it in personalisation and blogs and stuff though?

I still use myspaz. I think its more the convenience of it and the fact that you can group all your favourite artists together. I find it a good way still of listening to people's music too. Once myspace sort out the higher bit rates streams then I think they'll have more of a future.
