Jazzy Dub-Step

Post by urbanpineapple » Tue Nov 24, 2009 9:04 pm

What's happening everybody. 1st time posting! I'm Graeme, an aspiring DJ from Barrie, Ontario, and was wondering if anybody could recommend some grimey jazz-inspired type dubstep.

Cheers!

Not trying to piss on your shoes fella but there is a thread about this around somewhere, try using search or finding it as there will most likely be some artists there that won't/wouldn't get a mention.

Yeah..I think there are several threads, worth using the search function or just googling the words "jazz" and "dubstep" together.

Not so grimey, but "jazz dubstep" by silkie is somewhere to start.

I would seriously love to hear Squarepusher on the dubstep tip with his jazz chords, fret bass playing and wicked glitchness. Be very cool to hear what he comes up with!!
