SUB:STANCE mixed by Scuba will be released on Ostgut Ton on 25 Jan 2010... so on 15 Jan we will be celebrating at Berghain! More info on the cd is here:

guy at the door at berghain really is a tnuc. after waiting an hour in the cold of berlin they rejected people by complete randomness (at 3 in the morning). seemed like every tenth or so person got rejected for no reason whatsoever. we travelled 1.5 hours to berlin just to here a little inflated wanker say "mmmh...no...sorry guys...i think this wont fit"....and... "i don't give a shit where you come from"
i didn't really ever give much about the berghain hype and went there for the line-up.... in the future i'll just wait until i can see the djs i'd like to here in clubs with a normal door policy

Yeah policy is ridiculous, got there at 1 and luckily on had to queue for 10 minutes but go rejected for no reason other than not being german.
Its a pity was really looking forward to it and the fact we came from england for it and they didnt really care. At least we knew there was a chance we wouldnt get it but had a sick night elsewhere.
