Police Sirens

Post by morigami » Thu Nov 26, 2009 11:05 am

Out of interest what is the rough frequency of police sirens? I've noticed the last few days when producing quite loudly that all of a sudden I think someone is shouting and complaining about my music (they still could be...) so I turn it down and find its a police siren. It's amazing how it somehow still pierces through the noise!

I *think* something around 8k-12k. It's what people call midrange cack.
