Christmas Discount

Post by futures_untold » Sun Dec 20, 2009 5:47 pm

Christmas discount!

Only €84 for all of this ---> http://www.meldaproduction.com/mcreativebundle/

Normal price - €120

-----------------------------------------------

Why am I such a fanboy?

-Each plugin in the pack has four customisable modulators that can be assigned to any of the controls. This speeds up the sound design process, making experimentation easy and fun! :)

-Each plugin is multiband, with up to 6 bands per effect. Multiband effects to your basslines...!

-The GUI on each plugin is both customisable and resizable. This makes things easier on the eye, whether you have a small or oversized monitor or simply don't like the default GUI...

-The developer, Vojtech, actually answers emails personally. No being fobbed off by shitty 'customer services' when you have a query or technical issue.

-Licenced owners get all new plugins introduced to the bundle for free upon their release!

-----------------------------------------------

Go and buy Meldacreative bundle now!!! ---> http://www.meldaproduction.com/mcreativebundle/

i am going to be honest. i don't like the GUIs that much and that is how i pick my plugins because my ears are dead. but as future is usually right on the money in regards to dope VSTs i might check these out. although i like to stay away from multiband anything because i had it drilled into me that multiband compression and all things involving bands of multiples are evil.

Sadly, I'm not paid anything... :(

I bought the bundle when it first appeared because I liked the demos and the €50 price tag at the time!

---------------------------------

I spent months testing cracks and freeware for good software, both so I could develop a home setup I liked and also to make the freeware setup I compiled.

I'm also fed up with shit companies taking the piss out of their customers. (Propellerheads, Steinberg & Waves for example)

I can't afford plugins like Waves or Soundtoys, and freeware doesn't always offer the perfect solution for every type of plugin either. Affordable yet 'beefed-to-the-max-with-fucking-good-quality-features' plugins are rare. Melda provides a decent bundle that hits the right spot for me personally. I don't use their more expensive plugs because cheaper alternatives exist (freeware stuff for that matter! :)).

De La Mancha are another development company I really support. I like their software and their cheap prices! ---> http://www.delamancha.co.uk/

---------------------------------

I am unemployed and also wish to make music plugs in the future. I empathise with Vojtech's (the developer behind Melda) situation on a personal level. Supporting one guy and his goal for self employment through creating tools that are useful for musicians is more meaningful to me than buying into Apples corporate iSuck system or any other comparable production solution (ProTools, anything with dongles etc etc).

Companies don't spring up over night. If they are not supported by paying customers, they go out of business. I'd prefer my money and support to go to the companies who listen to their users requests, and offer something more than bland rehashed shit with 'analogue' or 'sci-fi' GUIs or features that were requested years ago!

Vojtech seems to be on the ball, enough so to warrant positive word of mouth amongst the production community. The fact that he answers my emails personally within 24 hours is another aspect that I respect. I prefer personal communication to prewritten automated responses or even no response at all as in some cases...

--------------------------

People trying to develop the perfect home production setup will no doubt be overwhelmed by the amount of choice available with regards to both hardware and software. Having spent so long using limited payware solutions (Reason), and cracked software (which ultimately caused problems on my computer), I'm happy to support any commercial product that kills a lot of production birds with one stone. (MCreative Bundle)

Daft tnuc bought and advertised PSP Nitro on DSF simply because it gives decent results and doesn't cost much. I bought MCreative bundle because it gives me good results and didn't cost much when I bought it. :)

If there is anyone who doesn't agree with my logic, I couldn't care less haha! I have no vested interest in Melda. I'm already one of the suckers who paid good money for software when software can be cracked or obtained legally for free...! Image :6:

I agree with you on this one tbh... I dislike the gui's, especially their default colours.

Luckily, users can change the colour and size of each plug and save the theme to be loaded into the other plugs. I've changed all mine to a deep blue theme 160% larger than the default size. ---> http://www.dubstepforum.com/your-filter ... 19775.html

Even so, I find the GUI to busy at times. I've kind of gotten used to it now, and allow for this shortcoming as the modulation system is so much better than most plugs have.

Mabe we should petition Vojtech to make the GUI's skinnable?

see even just looking at the blue filter as opposed to brown/grey makes it look so much more appealing. people judge books by their covers if i understand the nursery rhyme correctly.

I prefer a blue theme to a barf theme any day of the week

From what I understand, the Melda plugins are completely skinnable using the MTexturedStyleEditor. I took a peek but didn't suss how it worked entirely.

I think that part of the skins are stored as XML, so in itself it would seem that the plugins can be 'rearranged'.

I'm going to delve into this deeper anyway. I personally want a more basic GUI without the bevels on the buttons or the rounded edges. I even went as far as modding my Reaper theme to reflect my love of all things square and 80ies
