Drunking Games

Post by corpsey » Sat Dec 16, 2006 11:18 pm

G'Day Bruce
====

''G'day bruce''

''G'day bruce''

''Say g'day to bruce, bruce''

If they get it wrong they have to drink and their name changes to something else... say, Sgt. Pokes

''G'day Sgt. Pokes''

''G'day Bruce''

''Say G'day to Bruce, Sgt. Pokes''

And so on, until everyone's pissed as fuck shitting all over the carpet with their fingers up their arseholes.

Any other good games?

U-drink is a good one.

Basically if someone tells you to drink, you have to. If not everyone gets to punch you or throw cheap sausages at you.

As with every drinking game, just add a few rules extra to really get things going, like

- no useing nicknames
- no pointing
- no swearing
- pick random words that people arent allowed to say, like 'and'
- every drinks when someone farts
- drink when the dog barks
- drink 5 beers when somoene bakes a loaf of bread
- have a little sip when I fuck your Mum
- do a little funny dance

Indian Poker FTW
That's the game of the highest card, with your card stuck on your forehead facing everyone, so that you can see everyone's card but not your own. After a few bevvies, it gets harder to concentrate on what card's what. Progressive drinking games are the best, the further along you go, the more you drink.

Whatever you play it should involve some sort of sly burning of hair, broken glass, shopping trolleys and attempts to hurl dwarves.

All other drinking games (apart from croquet and murder) are a bit effete and do have the tendency to put thinking ahead of drinking, which is essentially marxist in outlook.

I understand the more refined metropolitan lushes have been involved in the game "Is that...?" where they get progressively more drunk amongst strangers and are forced to consider which of the pub's punters look a little bit like celebrities in order to engage in conversation with their group. Time out's are called by pretending to send texts or looking for a tune on your i-pod. The winner is the first to realise how empty and worthless they feel and throw up on someone's shoes.
Hmm....
