Following the critical acclaim of Build 001, Tongue Riddim by Baobinga & I.D. - attracting comments such as 'FUCKING AWESOME!!! I LOVE IT, I'LL PLAY IT TIL DEATH!!' (Modeselektor), 'I love both versions!' (Sinden) and a bunch more good stuff like that, we're back with a high-fat, diet-be-damned start to the new year.
Label boss Baobinga provides the A, with a unique take on swung ragga-influenced Funky. 'Ride It' has been a staple of his sets for quite a while now, and this extended period of honing and tweaking has resulted in a juicy slice of dancefloor perfection.
On the flip, the hottest name in 'whatever-you-want-to-call-it', Untold, provides possibly his finest, and certainly most intense, remix to date. Utilising a barrage of syncopated, squelching and shifting soundscapes, the Untold remix is totally unique yet utterly danceable.
