krk v alesis (budget monitors)

Post by f0nsey1 » Tue Jan 12, 2010 1:08 pm

New to this shindig, but ideally lookin at gettin some decent monitors reasonable price to link up to my decks. have been lookin at the Alesis M1 Active MkII's and the Krk rp5's... roughly the same price, the krk rp6's being about £100 more dear. Have Heard mixed reviews on the alesis and not sure if they're gonna make the cut? bigger woofer than the rp5's but maybe not as well balanced.

Any help in making the decish would be sweet, thanks :)
