SilentK was never supposed to be anything serious, and I've been trying to come up with something new recently but i'm completely stuck
Tried going down the ancient Egyptian gods route (I'm part egyptian), liked the name Anubis, but a quick search on soundcloud revealed it's taken
So how did you come up with yours?

1) the majestic elephant is my favorite animal
2) LFOs are the best
3) black eyed peas had an album titled elefunk (i think)
4) spelling funk with a 'ph' rather than an 'f' makes me cooler
thus, LFpHUNK = Low Frequency funk but also = elephant with funk

oh marshy....
BaronRogue--
Baron is my old best friend's middle name
Rogue was his roommates character class in WorldOfWarcraft
hahaha hows that for a mystique-crusher, marshy?
but put together i like how it brings to mind a tubby old Baron stealing from his peons... and modern day "Baron Rogues" that do similar grimey things to people who they convince themselves they have control over
pssshh i feel silly now

Believe it or not, in 1996 Step Correct was a pretty innovative and new School sounding name.. around the time all the DnB genres started splitting into different subs.. Techstep, jazzstep, jumpstep..etc.
Plus I really liked Source Direct's name.
