I could critique your track (listened to one) but i think your best bet is to read the 'production bible' in the production forum

This sounds exactly like the stuff i made when i first got my hands on FL a couple of years ago (I can tell because of the presets).
Really just read the production bible like 5-6 times, and read FL's manual a couple of times.
Try and listen to early dubstep tracks (on youtube or wherever) and really get a feel for how a tune is put together.
I'm talking about early Skream, Mala, Coki, Loefah, Horsepower, Benny Ill, Kode9...
Your tracks lacks a melody, it's just a bunch of random wobbles going nowhere (not trying to sound harsh).
And always remember dubstep needs Sub Bass (something you'll learn about in the Production Bible).
So in general:
Production Bible: learn it, love it.
FL Manual
Melody
Construction
Sub Bass
Good luck little dude 14 is an awesome age to start producing

Get better at producing before you start posting all of your tunes, then once you can make decent tunes start to upload them.

Good to see you seemed to have taken aesthetics advise in the right way, anyway as he said read up on the stuff he has posted, also hop on youtube and look up productions tutorial videos (there are heaps from the likes of Rusko, Benga, D1 etc..) you can pick up so many handy hints/ideas/oh wow thats mean I should've thought of that kinda stuff from those kinda videos (and there are shitloads if you start looking at artists from other forms of electronic music).
Do you play any instruments? if you don't might be a good idea to pick up something, it'd go a long way int he long run if you plan to take music seriously in the future. Not to mention its usually enjoyable, and some of the ladies are into their guitar players

nah, if he gets his shit together and starts putting out some mad tunes (and i'm sure he will be able to if he sticks to it) he can call his tunes "poop balls" and people will be begging for 320's.

haha fasho man thanks for that. Btw, Around tax returns im looking to get myself a midi controller, and some good headphones, i was thinking of just getting like a M-Audio Axiom 25 with the pads and knobs and stuff. Its only like 140. Also, if i got a good set of headphones, id still want monitors correct?

Yes you would still want monitors but hone your skills first before buying anything. Monitors arefor mixdowns etc.and they won't make your tracks better. Practice, practice, practice and good luck to you.

Ha HA lil man! No know the gun hoe! Heed the warnings and words of these guys here. I'm new to the forums, but not the art of audio manipulation. People pay BIG BIG for things like the Pro. Bible, and these guys' advice, LIKE COLLEGE TUITION BIG! Maintain that its cool for you to spend like, a week or two or three or however long, on 1 trk until the subs move hair, the bass knocks, the melodies swim, and the highs sparkle like fire works... BOOM POW AAH ZING.
man this is such a kind forum, strappin.

I agree with people telling you to not spend money on monitors. Just get some good headphones and learn the sound they reproduce. Using headphones is like a sketch. You have to sketch and sketch a ton. If you feel a track isnt going anywhere... learn from it and ditch it. Dont get hung up on something at this point. 14... dont worry. You'll do fine.

Thanks for the advice, And as for spending money on stuff, at the moment im just getting a midi controller and a set of nice headphones, I know that these wont increase my skills but, having a midi controller for me would just help make it more fun because its more hands on. more to do ya know?

yeah man a GOOD midi controller is super key man. im not sure what programs youre using but try and find a controller that has a template, or codec so that setting up your control surface will be way simpler. im hands on too, i used a lot of hardware so i gotta feel like im more physically affecting things.
