I am so pissed off with this, I ordered records way before this sale, I ordered them last november but they still hadn't arrived by christmas and I needed money urgently so I emailed and asked if I could have my money back. I have sent 5 emails and still no reply, the order status says pending payment even though the money came out of my account the day after I ordered. SERIOUSLY PISSED OFF.

I ordered a load of MP3s which are sitting in my download list. They won't download and I get a pop up saying there is an error with the file. I've sent a couple of emails to their admin address but have had nothing back myself. I think their email must be broken? So I phoned them up (+44 207 247 7252 ) and spoke to the guy, who took my email address. Still nothing though! I hope this gets fixed soon!!

I had problems with my order, but after getting in touch with Stuart down there, it got resolved in good time. What email address are you using to get in touch with them? Try sales@dubplate.net, or give them a call on (+44) 020 7247 7252.

I think they ve just got a shit site, about 50% of the orders ive placed with them stay as payment pending. Ive always just called him up to confirm the order with him, once the payment was taken from my account.

If it stays payment pending on your account on the site, it probably does the same on his end,which means he'll never have it in his 'pile' to ship out.

Just give him a call on that number, or send an email. Id say the best time to call him is about 1-2pm.

I would call to check stock - when I ordered some were missing and when I rang that was why. Soon replaced with other tunes though.

had the same "payment pending" thing for my "coki - burning" 12". Sent them an email at sales@dubplate.net and got a reply within a few hours saying "sorry for the inconvience, we've shipped this record" and now it says "shipped" on the site too.

Seems like pretty good support to me

couldnt ge the site to work but my mate got me a copy of burnin..

ive ordered a couple of things from them and not had any problems. theyve actually been really good about refunding when things have been out of stock etc.

i want to buy some stuff but im worried that it wont get sent to me!

damn.... don't tell me that it's not going to happen! been after the Nomad (Scuba) remix on vinyl for so long....

anyone got any word about this?

i recieved all the records that i ordered two days after i put my order in.
i think it may just be down to luck/their crap website which means that soome people have to wait a while for their orders
