Whats your favorite hardware? what have you used over the years that you would recommend? what do you absolutely hate? what do you wish certain hardware had? i.e effects blah blah. what software do you wish was hardware? what would be your dream hardware/live setup? basically anything to do with any hardware i wanna hear about it from you.
other than my midi controllers/keyboards i have a korg EMX1, have had it for years. pretty fun machine once in awhile ill still use it to create heavy basslines synths whatever its a pretty good synth sequencer other than only being able to have 3 effects at a time. for drums its not bad wish i could sample things within it but they have the korg esx for that which is basically this but just a sampler. ive been in the market for sometime looking into getting a new keyboard, would like to try something completly different so dont ask what im looking for in one. would just like to hear your feedback on any hardware you own/used, or got your eye on.

I like my Electribe ES1-MKII.....with media card I can load up all my pre worked drum hits and make beats ANYWHERE.....very easy to then record the rhythm grooves into ableton for further effing

I only have a Roland MC-307 but it is really fun. It's just my first in a hopefully big future list of synths and drum machines. I love drum machines and pattern based units, I'm a big fan of the classic 909, 808 and 303. My 307 is basically a sampled version of those plus some extra stuff.
I feel like because I have used Reason for so long I can program any synth somewhat.

I got an SP1200, wouldnt dare use it for Dubstep. Killa for Hip Hop though! Aside from that my MPC and looking to get some old Synths ... classic 8-Bit style sounds.

I've got the MC-303, i'm only 19 but actually owned one before any software/DAW which i thought was pretty cool. I remember literally thinking hardware was the only thing possible with my little setup of my MC-303, MicroKorg, ST224 Sampler, Talkbox etc only a year or so ago haha.
