FUCK...Im a huge Quake 3 fan...still play the standalone install on my pc....


But fuck...I'm from Canada and the ping times are so horrible on quake live that it's unplayable....any other canucks run into this issue?

i love that game but never play it cause people have way too many years under their belt with it. abnormal reaction times and robotic aiming stnuc... :lol:

i think they've updated the engine considerably

quake live is intense dude i have a really good tf2 kill ratio but on quake i keep getting owned .... i got 3rd place today but still havnt won a round yet

tried quake live like 6 months ago -- despite being able to hold my own in KZ2, GoW, MW2 etc, QL was nought but pwnville for me . . .

Yeah, I am officially getting my ass served to me.. as I said, I haven't played for 7 years, and even back then I was pretty good but not a Jedi Fragger or anything.

However, it is a lot of fun and I needed to find a distraction that completely let me clear my head. I gotta start digging for tracks for my Sub.FM show Monday night... but hmmm... maybe right after another round or two. ;-)
