ok so i recently picked up massive the other day.....amazing vst...a little overwhelming though at first...

im able to make wobbles fairly easily...only one problem

people have told me that you are suppose to sync your lfo....everytime i sync it sounds like shit....also

how do you effectivley use more than one oscillator and make it sounds decent???? everytime i use more than one the sound comes out very shitty and bleeds

this is going out to rinceballs with the oscilators u just gota just play around with them change the settings i normally g3et a good sound out of osc1 square osc2 scrap yard qc3 square pitched up to 24
its all about fucking about with the oscialtors ans the lfos change the rate or maybe use the performers they help alot with dubstep

I don't really like using sync cause i like modulating my rate via midi :))) but a cool thing to try is set one osc and a filter to x rate and set another set to x rate, but on the second shift the wave on the modulation over a tiny...you can do crazy shit if you go deeper into this

You might be experiencing something I noticed when I first started playing with Massive...? If your DAW isn't playing when you use a sync'd LFO it doesn't work right (it sounds to me like it's cycling EXTREMELY fast as though the BPM were in the thousands). The workaround is to always make sure your DAW is playing so it's feeding BPM data to the VST. As soon as you hit stop on the DAW, sync'd LFOs are broken again :(

Try that and let me know... that drove me nuts the first few times.

 And another Massive user. Do dubstep producers actually realize there are other vsti's out there??
Why is every single dubstep producer using Massive? C'mon, get creative.. I threw Massive out as soon as i noticed
how many people where using it's sounds. Owell guess that's why almost all dubstep sounds the same nowadays
with a few REALLY nice exeptions (luckily..)
