Ico & Shadow Of The Colossus, Super Metroid, Silent Hill, The Path, Fallout 2 (most of you have probably played Fallout 3 and never seen this game before which is shameful), STALKER (only with Oblivion Lost mods), Morrowind, Gothic 2 (beautiful visuals for its time).
i'll add more later

dead space has got some pretty intense atmosphere and is pretty sketchy to play on your own
the only zelda i played was orcarina of time and that was pretty epic, but its old as fuck now
oblivion's ok and is proper long but it kinda get's boring
fallout 3 of course, sick game with a great setting and atmosphere
also mass effect 2's coming out soon and is looking to be fuckin amazing
