It's not bad, not enough progression or variation for a 7 minute track. Try changing up the drums, its the same beat throughout.
Sure you didn't use samples? Those drums do not sound synthesized.

well my bad on the misposting. and yeah, i forgot i used samples for the cymbals, and a couple for certain layers of the kick and snare. but the beat actually does change... has like 6-7 different 4 bar measures variations, same groove though. an on the issue of progression and length.... i just didn't want the song to be all-out all the time, so i stretched out the slow parts a bit to make the drop hit harder... ended up being a bit longer than i expected.

appreciate the constructive criticism though, will definitely keep it in mind.
