in light of the attack on 2 young kids in the uk.....

should scum bags be sterilised?
im refering to how they said in court that the parents treated the kids like dogs (those kids went on to almost kill 2 slightly younger kids, its all over UK news)
so should the parents have been sterilised? i kno that this was actually pretty common not so long ago in some us states where they sterilised "insane" or "chronically idiotic" people. i had previously thought that it was totally out of order etc.. and should never happen.
but with modern technology they cud inject them so they are unable to have kids for say 5 years then get a review etc... and now i think it might actually be a bit of a solution for sum seriously problem families.
what do u think?
