Dubstepforum.com

I'm looking to go abroad this summer, but would prefer somewhere with some sort of dubstep scene.
I know that Barcelona has some kind of dubstep scene, but worried this might be expensive.
I also know that Eastern Europe is big on dubstep but I'm not sure where.

Can anyone shed some light?

come to western canada, we have a good dubstep scene, good weed, hot chicks and shambhala music fest which is crazy
