I'm wondering how you guys put hq music videos on youtube?
Everytime i post it comes out really bad. But if i up the quality when saving,
it's to big to upload.

Any ideas / tips / tricks?

Thanx! :D

I think it will always suck.

But you may be able to get it better than you are doing,

What are you using to make vid files? and what format are they?

Youtube will compress and lower the quality again afterwards..

I've had a reasonable amount of sucsess using Windows Movie Maker to make WMV files and upload them

Yeah pretty much it does always suck. You can only have automatic HQ if you record a video in hq, it's retarded I know. HOWEVER you can force an audio track to 232kbs by adding this to the url: &fmt=22
You can put it in your info or something, that's what i do.

Found this site last night while trying to rip something http://www.dirpy.com/studio/ It works like a charm. Some of the other links I happened upon where shady, this one seems legit. The quality is shit but I am not trying to use anything where quality is all that important. I really don't even use youtube samples that often but there is practically an infinite amount of material there for when you are stuck.
