the most important questions to answer for yourself in your plan....

how much money do you want to make off the door? how much money do you want to make off the bar? if the club gets all of the door, do you get all of the bar? is there a club guarantee? is there a bar guarantee? who pays for security? who pays for the door person/coat check? if the sound needs support, how much does that cost? insurance? flyering? if the venue agrees to advance tickets, how many advance tickets to sell @ what price point? whats the walk up price at the door?

what has been said here. you need to get asses in the door and be able to show the owner of the venue that they can stay in business working with you.
