Can someone explain something about 'Sound Boy' by Coki?

The original Sizzla tune doesn't have the words 'sound boy' in it at all. Therefore, how does Coki's remix feature the lyric? (I know that dubplate specials often have slightly different lyrics to original tunes.)
This has always puzzled me; Sound Boy was one of the first dubstep tunes I ever really really loved.
