has moved locations and is now a weekly friday!

same forward-moving bass-focused music format.
same thought put into sound system quality.
same new indigo evolutionary patterns being mapped. (yip hey)

with a new kinda rule-of-thumb that music past midnight will always be dance floor friendly. (don't worry, we're not talking club anthems here. we're only saying that IF anything really "leftfield" is going to happen - weird wonky stuff or some new fresh stuff that's just being tested out or really experimental dubtep, etc. - it'll happen earlier in the night)

it's now all happening @ 917 Main (formally the cobalt), newly renovated.

with lighta! sound members and a healthy variety of locals, all in extended rotation.
(another rule of thumb is: never the same line-up twice, and keep it fresh!)

added, of course, to featured out-of-town talent as well. not every week (let it breath, let it breath), but regularily.

nights with all-locals : $5 before 11pm / $8 after 11pm
nights featuring out-of-town talent : cheaper before 11pm / never more than $15 after 11pm

this friday, march 5th, kicking off the first night of the new weekly, a little something special (of course)..

two birthday's in one - MICHAEL RED (march 4) and BEVVY SWIFT (march 3) are going to share the first slot and trade tunes back and forth for their first time together. RONIN is coming in from the sunshine coast to drop some proper west-coast slickness. andy dixon's CAVING project will bringing a bit of ruckus - rap accapella's over all sorts of beats and world riddims. DJ CURE closing out the night with some solid dubstep (a fresh stack of originals) and whatever else he's got in his bag.

and, because of the occasion, m.red will be giving out some new mix cd's and a few other goodies as well.
