DJ SLIMZEE (Dumpvalve, BingoBeats, Rinse FM - UK)

Meet the legend, the godfather of dark garage and grime. Slimzee has been mixing since the hardcore days of '92 and started dropping beats on Rinse back in '95. Remember the infamous Sidewinder mixtape alongside Dizzee Rascal? This one is all about bass and insanely sharp mixing.

DJ HATCHA (Tempa, Big Apple, Planet-mu, Kiss - UK)

The selector that shaped the sound emerging from South London which was yet to be called dubstep.
It's time to feel some of the most exclusive dubplates around!

MC CRAZY-D (Fwd>>, Kiss - UK)

One of the most respected MC in the scene. Host of the trendsetting Forward and DMZ nights, Crazy-D also has a weekly show with DJ Hatcha on London's Kiss100.

weird night for me,
i hooked up with company in central station, to walk in the direction of plan b.
when we were chilling a bit in the gay area suddently a guy came to us and asked me to spray beer in his ear, since he had a cut of a few centimeters, dried up blood in his ear, apparently stabbed by someone "he knew but not that well".
i went to the nightshop running to get some water but by the time i was back he had allready spilled my beer.
when i tried to get him to the cops for at least getting his ear stitched he didn't want to, told us to avoid them.
we went anyway because i don't think anyone'd like to wake up with a cut like that.
continued to plan b, entered when dice was playing and i don't remember witnessing kastor mixing some at that time.
when i went to get 2 beers it was time for ridiculous moment 3 of the night, some guy told me to give him my beer, and before i realised he wasn't actually joking he tried to get one out of my hand and started spilling some, told him to fuck off, go fuck his mother, etc..
i don't know because of what, but he was getting pretty agressive, i kicked him in the nuts and some people were trying to seperate us (special thanx to the girl that wanted to carry my beer so that no more would get spilled in the heat of the drunken fight).
most stupid moment was when he was asking me why i had got angry with him, because after all "he had done nothing to irritate me".
should have kicked him in the balls harder.
after that it was pure music and conversations 8)
thanx Nils & Melissa for being there, pitty Sarge was there only like 2 hours, nice seeing Respawn & Alowa, even with the moving house to house to do today, We Eat Babies crew (nice talking Mille, after such a long time), cool to see Fleur & Eline (more positive conversations next time), Miss Elorak, longtime, aswell as Bau, Nitrox & Kate, cool to still get good feedback about the set i did last week in tervuren :D , and a very big thanx to Skar & his girlfriend for getting me home, the french fries were a bit shitty though

Excellent night! A good start with the antwerp crew (really nice mix), wasnt' much inside for alchemyst's live set(how was it?) Hatcha & Slimzee have been quite good on us, and the mc was waaaaaaaaaaaaaay better than riko last time.:?

all in all, bloody good night! We need more of those!
Nice to meet you Soi and Fhex, too!

Best night in months for me and my girl!

Super warm-up by the bambu guys, nice selection by Geeneus and Slimzee, amazing set by Hatcha with loads of variation in tempo and sounds and the bomb of the night by grimelock!

Liked Crazy (indeed way better then Riko) and liked the three mc's on grimelocks set. Especially the hip-hop ones.
