Hello all,

lately I have been trying to search for dubstep with a fast tempo which is similar to the one of house, but have been experiencing problems with finding it. Maybe some of you can help me and guide me on the right path?:)

What I mean is something like this: (or if you think this is too housy then the second half of the song Borgore - Love)

you do realize that dubsep is 140bpm and house is around (please correct if wrong) 120/130..dubstep will fluctuate around 140 but you'll never get it as SLOW as house, not as fast as you put. SAFEEE

Joy Orbison, some bits are around 134 ish and pretty house influenced...

This is quite funny you know, one of my mates thought that dubstep was slower than house for ages, blame the half step!

my first release was at 130bpm, i had no idea what tempo Dubstep was supposed to be LOL

yeah, dunno why Aftee is posting 140 bpm halfstep tunes by Flux Pavillion in answer to your question, tbh. erm.

Anyway, most of those Sully tunes are around 137 to 140 even if they have a more 2 steppish feel to them. there isn't much at more house tempos of 127 because it doesn't really suit the sound, but you'll find D1's new release has the track Pitcher at both 140 and 127, and a lot of Bok Bok's stuff is more like 132 but has a dubstep influence. Ramadanman's done a few tunes at that tempo (Wad) but I'm not sure anyone would really call those dubstep tunes. I would guess there's more coming.

Here's a steppish track at a house tempo from last summer:

enjoy. Its not something that I skank to personally but I do find changing the tempo and dropping the bpm to 125 - 130ish can put a little more energy into the room before throwing a chainsaw track out there.

He asked for something "faster, like house".

Which was confusing in itself, seeing how dubstep is technically faster than house.

So I posted some videos that have a "housey" feel or a "faster, steppy" feel. You can't really get FASTER dubstep seeing how it's all in the same BPM range? That question is absolute bare confusion.
