How does one cope with the fact that you are not allowed to smoke on raves/parties?
Over here i can't imagine it happening. Even where it's not allowed to, people still smoke.
It just seems kind of weird, as tobacco really imho is linked to clubbin' & parties.
what's your take on this?

Go outside, have a smoke. It's not really a big deal tbh.

Its not a ting. I've noticed if you get smoking inside its normally a slap on the wrist anyway.

I've noticed people at clubs smell like mephedrone more than anything else these days.

^truth speak.
It can be annoying if you're in a more commercial club, somewhere like Corsica or Mass you can just bun a ting in the corner by the stack anyway.
This picture is an accurate image of me at one of this places:
Other than that just go outside. It can be annoying but it's also a chance to get the Quagmire flex on and speak to people.
"Smirting", I've heard it called.

But now I don't wake up smelling of smoke...along with all my clothes smelling the same.
I'm glad they banned it. The worst was when you were in a basement club and it got so smokey it made your eyes sting.
Smoking ban = win.

I'm a smoker and am in favour of the ban...... for clubs anyway, it'd be nice to be able to smoke in bars and pubs still.
Going outside once in a while can make an evening alot more social, and as trotsky said "you can get your quagmire flex on".
Another bonus is not waking up the next day REEKING of rotten smoke.
That said, people do smoke in clubs, it's not hard to get away with at all.

this
its not so bad. i find as people tend to go outside to smoke there seems to be more people going. its like the capacity of the clubs has been raised cuz theres bound to be as manyh people outside as inside. might just be my imagination though.
some clubs fucking stickthough. market bar in notts is the worst i've ever been to. also when someone sparks a spliff its really noticable! in a good way, that is.

Yeah, it's a good thing overall... hangovers are a bit better now you're not constantly being dehydrated by smoke and there's some proper fun vibes in smoking areas a lot of the time - gives you an excuse to get some fresh air too.
Totally disagree with the blanket ban though. Places should be able to apply for a license... it's sad that places can't have indoor hookah pipes and that people have to leave their leather armchairs to smoke cigars in Havana on Wardour St now... I never went in that place, but it looked AWESOME if you were an old codger with a newspaper and some time to kill. It's not like you would've even gone in if you had a problem with smoking.
Clubs do need to infuse the smell of weed onto the dancefloor though...

Went for a cigarette outside at the Wedgewood rooms in Portsmouth n the dickhead bouncer wouldn't let me back in with out going to the back of the queue. Tosser.
