I just wonder why the thought never crossed their mind "some drums would sound great behind this". But yeah, for that long ago it's some ingenious shit. I bet it took FOREVER to make, too, just old school reeling 'n' deeling.

BTW if you want to hear even earlier and more out there shit, check Edgard Varese, and also Iannis Xenakis. Varese was a proper guvnor, though I prefer his 'bona fide' orchestral stuff more. Utterly disturbing in places. :baby:

Not bad. I have a couple electronic records from around that time in my collection but most of the tunes are somewhat hard to listen to. Still cool for how forward thinking it was at the time.
