Not seen it yet so no spoilers please
from what you've said I can imagine what has happened
Seen Silva's ego grow bigger with each title defence
such a shame - technically he is incredible - something like 75 -80% of his punches cleanly connect which is insane

Just watched the Silva fight
seems like he's been spending too much time with Lyoto Machida

I come from a long line of fighters. My maternal grandfather was the toughest guy I ever knew. World War Two veteran killed twenty men and spent the rest of the war in an Allied prison camp. My father battled blood pressure and obesity all his life. Different kind of fight.

I found it funny when he switched to Lyoto's stance at one point of the match
Beginning to reavaluate my position on Silva actually. I mean, he was well out of order but he clearly is miles better than all his opponents. If you were constantly bored you would be tempted to just take the piss really, It does seem like he keeps getting fed substandard opponents. I mean no offence to his opposition but he's clearly heads and tails ahead in his division, he's cleared it out and now he wants to face GSP, Lesnar and Roy Jones Jr
I reckon Dana should give him GSP, will be very interesting to see if he can stuff GSP's takedowns. I reckon GSP would win, but from the way Dana's talking about Silva not 'deserving' a shot at him, I reckon Dana's scared in case the UFC's number one bumboy gets taken out by Silva, in which case UFC's fucked. GSP talks up every fighter he faces, and plays the promotional game really well, it wouldn't look good if he got done by someone with no respect for the UFC.

Nowaysj's video post got me thinking - I don't think i've seen a UFC since 112 or a season of The Ultimate Fighter since the twelfth.
What have I missed? What were the best ones that I should watch to satiate my blood-lust?

Nice. I'll check that out!
I don't necessarily want blood, btw, I just want to catch up on things. Is GSP still around? He was my hero!

Watched that last night, ridiculous fight. Probably a match of the year contender for me.
Whole ppv was pretty good tbh, really enjoyed the Mizugaki/Phan fight.
Silva/Weidman rematch is on 28th

No you don't. You are just an extension of my consciousness.

What if we are all manifestations of the holographic universe our collective consciousness has created to keep our spirits from floating off into the abyss?
And more importantly, is Big Country effectively done as a fighter on the back of two straight losses and the fact that he is just a fat bloke.

If we are all a collective conciousness then what property does our spirits have. Where do they belong?
Big Country is a bit past my UFC watching days. He sounds interesting though..
