we don't have a single commercial vinyl press here in NZ...

...and the closest one is Oz but the quality can be dubious

so how much all up does it cost in europe/UK and stateside for 500 and 1000 units...

do you have to pay extra for mastering costs, test presses and labelling ???

Yes. The first 500 cost a fair whack but the price goes down quite a lot after that.
