New yorks favorite renegades of bassweight, Hellfire Machina and Code Of Arms return to their new monthly in Brooklyn. With strong influences from boom bap Hip Hop, dancehall and the glory days of Jungle, these boys have taken Dubstep to new territory and they aint stopping.

Wether youre a bass culture veteran or a new recruit, there's no better way to end your month, basking in the low end frequencies with total abandonment. This is your HEADSPACE!

***DJ competition - To enter bring a 60 minute mix burnt to cd to Headspace, the winner will recieve a dj slot at both Headspace and Metropolis @ Love. You have to bring the mix in person and submit it on the night to enter.

***Bassface competition - Our resident photographer will be looking for the best bassface on the night with a glorious selection of prizes for the winners.

Out to everyone who came out last night, the vibe was electric. The natural order of things really flowed and that really showed when most of you were still there at the end!

Enoe was way on point with one of the best selections of deep n funky bass riddims I've heard for a long time, that one Jakes track fuckin killed it!

The Widdler had the place rocking out from start to finish, a welcome addition to the BFM family.

After destroying Lombardy on NYE, we brought Claw back for a return visit. The energy that kid had flowing was phenomenal the atmosphere in the room was intense, maximum respect each and every.

Nebulla and I (Jody) tagged it out for the first time ever (Tom's on vacation in Hawaii), wicked fun was had by all.

Then Katie Rush stepped up at the end and blew the crowd away again, it was an awesome sight to see and on her virgin gig in nyc she smashed it!
