no

its just the posh public twats who wear jack wills and talk about dubstep and mephedrone all the time and think they are sliced bread that people hate

but because that contigent is so loud and in-your-face, and generally all students particularly at the more prestigious unis, thats what gets counted as student in most peoples eyes

I just resent the fact they're dossing about whilst I'm working tbh.

And doing things like 'Finding themselves' on the 'unbeaten path' (the same one EVERY fucking student does).

It annoys me when people say 'YAH' too.

im a student.

i hate other students who go ridicolously out of their way to prove how cool they are, or are in with the latest thing. also i think other students who have just left their parents see it as finnally being free, and go out ad get fucked 24/7 cos there is nobody holding their hand. lived by myself before i went to uni so i think i grew out of that somewhat. also students are generally quite pretentious as they are becoming experts in whatever subject they are doing.

ye i was thinkin bout going leeds, then decided york is better for me as its a smaller city, less students, less hectic. also the promotions scene is small so was easy to get involved, and theres not much competition

think if i was in leeds i would never get any work done. not that i do anyway

i only go out like once a week now, there's nowhere you can go just for a chilled drink without the place being packed out with inconsiderate twats that only care about getting as drunk as possible
luckily the dickheads always seem to be less about at the decent music nights

Becauuse many, not all, are boisterous twats who are out of parental supervision for the first time in their young lives. Also lots of locals in student towns don't like the fact that they take up all the cheap housing stock, part time jobs and infect the pubs with their ilk. It's largely immaturity and by the time they have done their gap year, graduated and spent mammy and daddy's money they tend to grow up a bit. Most students are perfectly alright on an individual basis, to be fair. It's the loud wankers that give students a bad name.

Oh and nicking traffic cones and putting them on your head when you're pissed on £1 pints of snake bite isn't funny or original.

Prize twat:

I like students. They keep cities fun even when everyone else is stuck in the grind.

I fucking hate going out in Leeds because of the stnuc.

Allow Hyde Park.

And they've infested the West Indian centre too. Last time I went to Exodus the place was teeming with students.

Rah.

I hate posh girls with very procieved pronounciation but still add in 90s American sitcom phrases like "so" "like". and never stop chatting about their fucking horse riding because their parrents are dentists and lawyers with 2 BMW's and a couple of 4x4 landrovers
