I have to say that song is the worse piece of shit I've ever heard.
Anyway you'll need a 'formant filter' to make that bass sound and pollute us with more of this bollocks.

Bit crusher and formant filter will get you to that sound.

Yeah, it's Formant Filter. [Google it] + Bitcrusher [Google it]...
On the Bitcrusher use the downsampling [Somewhere around 20, experiment.]
Now listen to Funtcase's 'Make Our Day'. And at about 1:38 a similar kind of bass comes in that you'll be able to make.
Concerning the Borgore one, idk...
