Can you please tell us the speed of your internet, your provider and where abouts your connecting from?
We're always checking to see if we need to balance the quality of our stream to suit our viewers or add a relay in other countries to speed things up

working all good now but i'll give you the infos anyway (:
got dsl 16k, t-online is my provider and i'm connecting from germany.. mate of mine had the same problem earlier.. but working for him now aswell
