if the producers and djs keep pushing themselves to reach higher standards and keep open minds to different approaches
there'll be plenty more to look forward to imo
as has often been said "House is a broad church" and it feels really flexible and multi-directional right now
finding my way back towards music of more obvious house origin has been like stepping into the light
sorry if this sounds evangelical - i am in no way religious in the orthodox sense. but music is one crucial entry point to experiencing spiritual connection 4 me
this board has been an invaluable resource in helping me reach people who share an understanding of the music i love
so yeah BIG UP YA BAD SELVES

yes donga

only problem i find us that we could do with separating some stuff and having subforums; production, mixes, nights, chin wagger. it's starting to get a little hectic

At the risk of diverting the thread a little, who in here is making the gritter, grimier side of house?

That's pretty much where I stand in terms of producing and DJing but to be frank, I don't know who's making what and don't necessarily have time to go through every rhythm.

I agree though, a very positive forum this.

i don't think there's any likelihood of that happening tbh. ultimately this is a dubstep forum so we're unlikely to get sub-subforums; and i don't think the traffic really warrants it anyway. i could look at moderating a bit harder and putting up and coming events as stickies or something if you guys think that would help at all? can't think of any other way to tidy things up without creating more forums but let me know if any of you've got any ideas

yeah you could do that, good idea!
as for your post count, you've only got yourself to blame and the day they decide to get rid of the post count, that is going to be a good day. hehehe (probs will get rid of a lot of trolls too)

Lil Silva, DJ Champion? Slightly obvious answers but the only ones I can think of
