MOUNT HEART ATTACK 12/6/10
WITH BRUCE STALLION AKA DJ FLOORCLEARER - LIVE
(COIN OPERATED/TIGERBASS/WRONG MUSIC)
@LA CHEETAH (Queen Street)
11pm - 3am
£6 BEFORE 12 / £7 AFTER
WITH YOUR WEIRD HOSTS DAVE SHADES & LONO
PLUS CUTTER'S CHOICE & LEBOWSKI
Under his DJ Floorclearer alias he has dropped jaws and smashed heads with releases on Deathsucker, Wrong Music and Peace Off as well as in clubs all over the uk and european breakcore scene.
His other monickers Black Rabbit and Bruce Stallion truly balance out his musical ideology by mastering dance floor friendly heavy bass music with an early nineties full on rave sensibility. Gaining an edge via the funky restraint of steady rhythms but without losing the intensity and hardcore boldness he aquired through all those Floorclearer gigs and releases. "Mushy Peas" - Tigerbass Records, as Black Rabbit is a personal mish-mash of all the things Guy wants to hear at a Club - euphoric pianos, grimey claps and snares, heavy bass and pounding four to the floor sections, envisioning a young Liam Howlett fighting Drop the Lime and Modeselektor in a monster truck duel to the death.
He has most recently released on Coin Operated and Tigerbass as Bruce Stallion with a devastating combination of techno, grime and dubstep, which is sure to knock the dancefloor for six when he steps up and unleashes his live set.
Support from Dave Shades, Lono, Cutter's Choice and Lebowski, dropping techno, electro, booty, grime and dubstep.
