I'm just gonna assume that you don't know how to even make the wobble to begin with. Had you already known how to make the generic wobble then this is just common sense.

There's 2 ways that I do it:
The first is I just set my sync rate to 1/1. If 1/16 is a quick wobble, then 1/1 has to be very s.....l....o.....w.
In the case of that Trolley Snatcha song, which btw, couldn't have been more repetitive had he tried, just increase the attack so that it takes longer for the sound to reach it's sustained level. Make sure the decay is all the way down so the volume doesn't gradually decay, that way it will sustain until the note is released.

Too bad I can't link my LFOs to my internet connection right now, I could get the slowest wobbles ever made.
