Geiom's 'Luna' is ironically sunshine manifested into music. Perhaps it's a reference to how we're all able to see the sunlight reflected off the moon onto this little planet. So even at night, we can party like it was a summer barbeque. Deep. With infectious horn riffs and vintage Geiom percussive basses, it's a shining example of why Geiom is such a hot producer.

Headhunter (and Invisible) creates monsters. Summery ones as in this case, but monster's all the same. Funky inspired monsters. Funky inspired club destroying monsters. It's just what he does.

As usual you can pick it up from all the usual retailers and we will be giving away the free MP3s to anyone who purchases the vinyl as always, because we love you.

Am I being daft, or are the horns on the Geiom tune sampled from somewhere? Fairly sure that I recognise them but I could be imagining it

The trumpet and saxophones were written and recorded especially for the tune..I have been recording more horns with those guys

Julio Bashmore will be the next release (we got it mastered yesterday and it was sounding fantastic!).

Also, for anyone who hasn't noticed on all Soul Motive releases, read the little copyright blurbs on the back of the sleeve at the bottom. Each one is unique and incredibly lulzy
