So we had to talk 5 minutes about any subject we wanted. Some chose to talk about their hobby, some talked about the 13 times they've read pride and prejudice (this is no fucking joke)
and I had to do special..... again, so i talked about legalization of drugs and why it would be a good thing..

So I talked like someone on E for like 10 minutes, (didn't prepare a thing) and had some really good pro's and also mentioned a few cons (just to keep it fair :p)..
And after my talk the teacher said I did well, but after a few stupid questions of kids in my class, like: aren't you afraid that if drugs are legal more ppl will do it? and stuff like that, my teacher suddenly, out of nowhere started to talk that drugs are always bad and they get you down and there's no pro's at all and some of us tried to tell him that you can use drug for recreational use as well he just couldn't accept only the thought of it lol..

O.K. he's an old guy, society has rammed in his skull him that drugs are bad but still, I expected at least a bit more open-mindedness of the teacher, especially this one..

So yeah, basically i was a bit offended (and some of my mates as well).. but yeah, what did I expect?? duuuhhh;..

The biggest con has been separating alcohol and nicotine from being seen as "drugs", as if they're different things entirely. Too many hypocrites in this world.

all i can say is its a slippery slope.

the thing is.. It's YOU who decided whether you are going to be an addict or not.. A fully healthy person (i mean healthy in your head) will notice when he's starting to take too much..

also (imo) only the following ppl can get addicted:

- people how aren't happy with their lives
- people who are sick in the head
- people who fail at life
- people who don't know their limits
- people who have no dreams, no future
- people with a wrong lifestyle
- ...

If you are a sane person, you know what you want to do with your life, what you want to accomplish, then i'm 99,9% sure that when you are suffering from the drug, when you are taking it too much or when it has only but bad effects on you, you'll cut down/quit.. without any problems..

And i'm 100% sure that if you occasionally smoke your joint, even daily after work or school, when you have no other priorities. And if you take MD, x-tc, lsd, shrooms, and stuff like that max. a few times/month, you won't get addicted..


And even then, if you are addicted to coke, but have a good life, and you are happy with yourself, the what's the problem?

Tbh, she was probably shitting herself that some of your classmates would go home and tell their Mum and Dad that she agreed with you or something.

I'm thinking of becoming a conservative teacher.

im all for legalizing drugs, but man you need to understand some basic brain chemistry of what drugs do to your brain. its not all about having your life together, you put these substances into your body, you're not gonna be the same. don't fall into the trap thinking that you can avoid addiction. nobody plans to be an addict.

Yeah, it definitely was society, not like he's been alive for a long time and seen first hand the negative effects of drug use, no, that couldn't be it.

On the contrary, the first time I tried acid it turned me into an arrogant 'enlightened' twerp. Some people never recover.

during high school (from `02 to `06), feeling the whole metal thing, I wanted to let my hair grow naturaly, liberaly, because I considered nobody can deny this wright over my appereance, my teachers and principal said I must cut my hair otherwise I wil have lots of problems and in the end I kicked off from the high-school...was quite an experience being the only dude in that high school with long I an institution run by communist leftovers.
