2nd try on dubstep

ok after a long pause of trying to make dubstep tune, here is my second attempt, its still with crackles n shit, and bass sounds kinda strange. Also maybe someone kan say something about how to make bass in this tune better...? 
also i think its kinda too slow, or beat needs more details, this tune is in 130bpm, also it still not so filled in and kinda empty tune, but for the second try i think its alot better
