Yeah been producing for about 18 months, on and off. Been finding my mixing is the hardest part to get to grips with, mainly in the bottom end and balancing my basses effectivley with the rest of my track without creating a muddy cloud over the whole track. Got a clip of something i've been workin' on here, posted it the other day with a link to myspace but don't look like any1's feelin it too much, think it will be quite good once I get it sounding how I want.

I dunno what's going on with the forum at the moment... I'm having trouble finding it, but have a look for a thread in here on "sidechaining"...
That'll be the solution to the "muddy cloud"...
There are a few decent VSTs to do the job quickly (I use "Sidekick") but you're probably better off learning the proper method(s) in whatever application you're using, in the long run...
I dunno what's going on with the forum at the moment... I'm having trouble finding it, but have a look for a thread in here on "sidechaining"...
