Jakes has too many sounds man, I'm gonna go for the one's in rhythm and rock da bells, just guessing using my ears though - it's too early to properly get stuck into this haha.

Try a fairly quick sustain time, some pitch automation (route an LFO or OSC to the main pitch of the vsti), and LFO automation! A high resonance on your filter - It's pretty easy to do really .

Oh, and HAMVST .

3k Out or w/e is just bandpassed distortion with sub notes layered under it...

can make the same thing with cmt crausher on third mode, turn the overdrive up, then put a filter after it and oll the subs away, then make a sine wav sub in your synth, leyer, done.
