As per above...thinking of leaving about 5am and aa route planner is saying roughly 3 hours.

What about everyone else?

Well, I live on the Somerset side of Bristol so I'll probably leave about 45 minutes before I want to get there.

Going down on the Thursday afternoon. Can't wait.

Takes a good 4+ hours from where I live. Going there Tuesday night (well Wednesday morning more than likely), chillin in the car park for a few hours till the gates open at 8:30. Yeahhh.

Sorry if I'm missing something obvious but why are you planning to get there early in the morning?

I haven't been for 8 years (been loads of times before that) and never gone in the car before.

Does it take hours to get in or something?

Just taking in as much of Glastonbury as possible I guess. It's only this year that the car park will be open on the Tuesday, so thought fuck it will just get there for then... pitch our tent early and go have a wonder!

Fair play. Bit worried I was going to get put in a holding pen overnight if I got there too late. Sounds like everything’s gonna be ok.

Yeah should be fine man, was even seeing people arriving on the Saturday last time. Must have sucked though, no where to camp! I lol'd hard at the people camping near the toilets (probably thought it was a good thing at the time).

I think my coach leaves at about 9am from Taunton on Wednesday, so should be getting there at about 10.
Most of my mates going are getting there a lot later so if any of you early ninjas feel like keeping me company give me a PM

3pm on the Wednesday at the Pyramid Stage i'll be the dude in the England Euro 96 shirt with a oversized 'its my birthday' badge probably looking a little worse for wear.

... and just realised I was the dude that was going to do your flash myspace a while ago, sorry I never got back to you... got really busy

We have to be on site on the Monday for 11am and start working that evening.
